So nice to meet you, and thanks for dropping by.

This is our very first blog post, so we thought we’d start with a proper hello and a little bit about who we are.

Glow isn’t just another agency. We’re here to make education recruitment feel more human, more honest, and more like a two way relationship where proper partnership is at the forefront of everything we do.

We work with schools across Brighton, Hove and East & West Sussex, helping them hire in a way that’s more strategic and sustainable.

We also support educators in finding long-term and permanent roles where they feel respected, supported, and proud of the work they do.

We spend time in schools. We get to know our people. We care about the outcome, because that’s what makes all the difference.

This blog is where we’ll share what we’re learning, what we care about, and what’s happening behind the scenes. Expect useful insight, practical tips, and the occasional big opinion on why recruitment needs a rethink.
