    Jairiah has spent over 15 years in education recruitment and is on a mission to reshape how schools hire and how educators experience the process.

    She’s trained more than 300 recruiters, led teams delivering over 100,000 educator days in a single year, and built a reputation as a trusted voice in the sector.

    At Glow, Jairiah brings together deep sector expertise, straight-talking advice, and a people-first mindset. She's passionate about building lasting partnerships with schools and helping educators find roles where they’re truly valued.
