We started Glow because we saw a gap in the market.

It’s been a tough year in education. Budgets are stretched, expectations are high, and recruitment is a challenge for too many schools.

We knew schools needed more than quick fixes. They wanted real partnership. Not just someone to send a CV across, but someone who could support the thinking behind each hire.

And to do that properly, we had to support our educators differently too.

Not just with roles, but with honest conversations, clear expectations, and a sense of community that continues beyond their next placement.

So we built something better.

Glow works with schools across Brighton, Hove and Sussex to hire with strategy and confidence. We help educators find the right role in the right school (not just any school that needs a body.)

That’s why we created the Glow Educator Club. It’s a space for support, connection and belonging, even between roles.

We’re confident that working with us will feel different.
